XRD Analysis
40 kV - 30 mA, 6.5-9.5 keV File: amchlr77_mdi References: PDF2 #07-0007 Found: Salammoniac Comments: Peaks have sharp tops but are slightly broadened; resolution of the alpha1-alpha2 components is only fair. Search-match confirms the identification as salammoniac (NH4Cl). The sample is primitive cubic with cell edge 3.87 angstroms, the same end member composition. The (110) at 2.73 angstroms has an unexplained, but very weak, shoulder extending to 2.83 angstroms.
